Cost Estimator Position

Responsibilities: Prepare estimates, plan, organize, and schedule project processes. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Consult with clients, vendors, Civil Engineers, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Must have knowledge in Project Management, Engineering Statistics, Engineering Cost & Production management, Data Systems Analyst

• Required Master’s Degree Eng. (any) w 3 months experience or as an alternative Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
